Genista monosperma, commonly known as Weeping Bridal Veil, is a handsome, deciduous shrub grown for its pretty flowers and weeping foliage. The small, fragrant, white flowers are produced in spring before the foliage emerges. The foliage is made up of small green leaves held on pendulous branches. It grows as a rounded and dense planted to about 4 m tall and 3 m wide but can be trimmed as necessary.
