Grevillea Coastal Gem is commonly used as a groundcover, included in a mixed planting, maintained in a container, or mass planted around larger trees and shrubs or on a bank.

Grevillea lanigera Coastal Gem is a low growing variety of Spider Flower, and is grown for both its fine foliage and unusual flowers.
