Grevilla ‘Mt Tamborine’ is a small shrub grown for its pendulous clusters of small, pink flowers. These are held abreast of the succulent-like, dark-green foliage. The flowers are produced in spring through summer and are great for attracting nectar feeding birds. It typically grows to 75 cm tall and 1 m wide, performing best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of dry periods and coastal conditions and will cope with mild frost. Grevillea ‘Mt Tamborine’ is commonly included in a mixed or border planting, added to coastal gardens, planted to attract birds, maintained in a container, or planted around outdoor living areas.
