Hebe First Light Plant

The Hebe First Light plant is a spreading, NZ native shrub grown for its foliage and flowers. New foliage emerges with distinctive, dark pink undertones and ages to become glossy and dark green. Impressive, light pink flower spikes are borne from spring through summer above the foliage. This evergreen shrub typically grows to 50 cm tall and 90 cm wide, performing best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of frost, cool climates, moderate wind, dry periods, and coastal conditions.
