Hebe Latisepala is a NZ native shrub that is grown for its impressive flowers and lush foliage. It produces spikes of dark purple flowers during spring and summer which fade to white as they age. These are held within the fresh, mid-green leaves as it grows to 2 m tall and the same wide. Hebe Latisepala is an ideal plant for mixed and border plantings, maintaining in a container, planting around the barbecue and pool area, or for planting around the base of larger trees.

Veronica Latisepala

Veronica Latisepala is a NZ native shrub that is grown for its impressive flowers and lush foliage. It produces spikes of dark purple flowers during spring and summer which fade to white as they age. These are held within the fresh, mid-green leaves, blending almost perfectly together. It grows as an erect and bushy habit to about 2 m tall and the same wide, and responds well to trimming. This variety grows best in a full sun position on a well-drained, sheltered site. It is tolerant of frost, coastal environments, cool climates, and dry periods. Veronica Latisepala is an ideal plant for mixed and border plantings, maintaining in a container, planting around the barbecue and pool area, or for planting around the base of larger trees.
