Hebe topiara, commonly known at the Topiary Hebe, is a NZ native shrub that forms a tight mound of grey-green foliage. This denseness of this shrub gives the appearance that it has just been clipped, hence its common name. Clusters of small pink flowers are borne across the shrub through summer.
