Veronica traversii

Veronica traversii is grown for its lovely foliage and delicate flowers. It grows as bushy shrub to about 75 cm tall and 1.2 m wide with mid-green foliage. The foliage is adorned during summer and autumn with masses of short spikes bearing mauve-white flowers. Best performance with this plant is achieved when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It will tolerate coastal conditions, dry periods, and moderate frost. Veronica traversii is commonly added to a mixed planting, used in borders, planted around outdoor living areas, used in cottage gardens, or mass planted on a bank.
