The Blue Diamond Hydrangea is a bigleaf variety that features delicately fragrant balls of showy, blue flowers from summer through autumn. These are complemented by large, green leaves that contrast perfectly with the flowers. It grows as a multi-stemmed, deciduous shrub with a rounded form. It typically grows to 1 m tall and the same wide and can be trimmed as necessary. Best growth is achieved in a full sun or partial shade position on a well-drained, sheltered site with a slightly acidic soil.
