Hydrangea Selina is an outstanding lacecap variety that features large, vibrant pink flower heads when grown on alkaline soils. On acidic soils the flowers are an incredible blue colour. These are borne from summer through autumn and sit nicely with the dark green foliage. It grows as a multi-stemmed, deciduous shrub with a more or less rounded form to about 1.2 m tall and the same wide. Hydrangea Selina is a great variety for adding to a mixed planting, maintaining in a container, including in a cottage garden, or for planting around an outdoor living area.
