Black berries are borne amidst the foliage in autumn and add extra interest to this plant. This evergreen Japanese Holly typically grows to 75 cm tall and 1.5 m wide, performing best when positioned in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of dry conditions, cool climates, frost, and coastal conditions.
