Ilex aquifolium Green Pillar is a variety of English Holly that grows with an upright, columnar habit. The small, dark green leaves are held densely off upright stems. It will grow to about 3 m tall and 1 m wide and can be trimmed as necessary. Best performance with this plant is achieved when grown in full sun on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of dry conditions, cool climates, frost, and coastal conditions.
