Iris Golden Muffin Details

Iris Golden Muffin is a colourful variety of Bearded Iris that features stunning, yellow and orange flowers. The showy blooms are borne on sturdy stems from late spring above the lush foliage. This perennial typically grows to 50 cm tall and 40 cm wide with the flowers standing up to 80 cm tall. It performs best when positioned in full sun on a well-drained site and is tolerant of short periods of dry, frost, and cool climates. It will generally die back during these times to regrow when conditions start to warm. Iris Golden Muffin is commonly included in cottage gardens, planted around outdoor living areas, used in border plantings, or planted around the base of deciduous trees and shrubs. A mass planting is a must with this variety to give impact.
