Leucadendron Clone 91 is grown for its amazing, dwarf-Protea like flowers. The flowers from autumn through spring comprise cream-coloured bracts tinged with red. It has a tidy, erect growth habit and carries mid-green foliage, typically reaching 1.5 m tall and the same wide. Best performance with this plant is achieved when grown in full sun on a well-drained, semi sheltered site. Plants will tend to be more open when grown in partial shade and flowering may be compromised. It will tolerate dry periods, coastal environments, and cool climates though harsh frost areas should be avoided.
