The foliage is complemented with clusters of white, daisy-like flowers during summer and autumn. Olearia angulata is commonly included in a mixed planting, revegetation planting, planted around larger trees, used as a backdrop for smaller plants, or trimmed into a hedge.

Olearia angulata Details

Olearia angulata is an evergreen, NZ native shrub which grows to about 4 m tall and 3 m wide. It has rough, green, leathery leaves. The foliage is complemented with clusters of white, daisy-like flowers during summer and autumn. It can be trimmed as required which encourages fresh, new growth and helps to maintain the desired shape. This shrub performs best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of coastal conditions, a range of soil conditions, and short periods of dry. Olearia angulata is commonly included in a mixed planting, revegetation planting, planted around larger trees, used as a backdrop for smaller plants, or trimmed into a hedge.
