Philadelphus Boule D'Argent Details

Philadelphus Boule D’Argent is grown for its stunning, fragrant flowers. In spring, it is adorned with masses of scented, semi-double, pure white blooms. They are held on arching branches and literally transform the plant. The foliage comprises dark green leaves which contrast well with the flowers and are attractive in their own right. It typically grows to 1.5 m tall and the same wide and can be trimmed as necessary. Best performance with this plant is achieved when it is grown in full sun on a well-drained site. This deciduous plant is also tolerant of frosts and cool climates but does require good moisture levels during dry periods. Philadelphus Boule D’Argent is commonly used in a mixed planting, as a backdrop for smaller plants, or included anywhere its beauty and fragrance can be enjoyed.
