Pittosporum tenuifolium Irish Luck is a NZ native shrub grown for its lush and dense foliage. The small and glossy, olive-green leaves are held on dark stems. It grows with a tight and upright habit to about 4 m tall and 2.5 m wide, but can be trimmed as necessary. Best results with this plant are achieved when it is planted in full sun on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of most soil types, except extreme wet or dry, moderate shade and frost, wind, and coastal conditions. Pittosporum Irish Luck is commonly used for shelter, screening, and hedging.
