Pittosporum Ivory Pillar is a variegated variety of Pittosporum that grows into a lovely shrub with impressive foliage. It has slender, dark-coloured stems bearing foliage variegated with a pale green centre and a cream-white margin. This shrub grows with an upright and rounded shape to about 2 m tall and 1.5 m wide and can be contained with trimming as necessary. It is tolerant of most soil types except extreme wet. It will also grow in shaded conditions though the branching and foliage will become more open and less dense. Pittosporum Ivory Pillar is ideal for including in a mixed planting, using as a backdrop to smaller plants, trimming into a hedge, or simply growing in a container.
