Pittosporum pimeleoides Chantilly is a bushy shrub grown for its foliage and scented flowers. Highly scented, lemon-coloured flowers are borne through summer and appear amidst the light green foliage. The growth habit is rounded and open as is grows to 80 cm tall and 50 cm wide. Best performance with this shrub is achieved when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of most soil types except extreme wet and will grow in shaded conditions thought will become more open. It is also tolerant of wind, coastal conditions, periods of dry hardy, and frost once established. Pittosporum Chantilly is ideal for including in a mixed planting, growing in a container, or for planting anywhere the fragrance can be enjoyed.
