Pittosporum Taupo Details

Pittosporum Taupo is a smaller variety of Pittosporum and is grown for its fresh foliage and compact form. It carries glossy, mid-green leaves held on short stems as it grows densely to 1 m tall and the same wide. This evergreen performs best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site though is tolerant of most soil types except, extreme wet or dry. It is also tolerant of frost, coastal conditions, and cold environments. Pittosporum Taupo is ideal for trimming into balls, including in mixed plantings, planting around the pool or living area, or maintaining in a container.
