Sarcococca Humilis, commonly known as Dwarf Sweet Box, is an evergreen shrub grown for its foliage and fragrant flowers. It carries glossy and leathery, dark green leaves which become adorned with tiny and fragrant, white-cream flowers through winter and spring. The interesting flowers are followed by red berries that may persist into the following winter. It typically grows to 70 cm tall and the same wide. Sarcococca Humilis is commonly included in mixed and border plantings, planted around the base of larger trees, grown around outdoor living areas, planted in shady areas, included in cottage gardens, or mass planted as a groundcover.
