Loquat Golden Orb is a variety of Loquat selected for its tasty fruit and ornamental value. It grows as an attractive tree carrying dark green, leathery leaves. Fragrant, white flowers are borne in winter and are followed by aromatic, golden fruit in summer. The fruit has sweet and tasty flesh with large seeds. It typically grows to 6 m tall and 5 m wide, but can be trimmed as necessary.
