Adenium obesum Red Flabellate Details

“Red Flabellate” is a succulent grown for its interesting form and flowers. It produces fleshy, upright stems from a thick base. The stems host mid-green foliage, as well as pretty, red flowers. These are usually produced in summer and sporadically through the rest of the year. It typically grows to 20 cm tall and the same wide, though can grow bigger if planted outdoors. This succulent grows best in full sun on a well-drained soil, protected from frost and excess moisture. “Red Flabellate” is commonly used for Bonsai, but also makes for a wonderful and unusual indoor plant.
