Agave havardiana, commonly known as the Harvard Agave, features broad and stiff, silver-grey leaves. The broad and fleshy leaves are held as a loose rosette with each leaf having a series of spines along its edge. It typically grows to 1 m tall and the same wide, performing best when planted in full sun with a well-drained soil. It is very tolerant of dry conditions and will tolerate moderate frost.
