Tree Aloe
Commonly known as Tree Aloe, this is a large variety of Aloe that can reach 15 m tall and 3 m wide. This impressive tree forms a rounded crown of sturdy branches which host succulent, green-grey leaves arranged in a rosette. Red-orange flowers are borne in winter and add further aesthetic appeal. This subtropical grows best when planted on well-drained site in full sun. It will survive dry summers but must be protected from frosts, particularly when young. Tree Aloe makes for a great specimen and is commonly used for its striking, structural form.
