Echeveria pulvinata grows as a small, spreading plant carrying numerous bare stems. At the ends of the stems are tight rosettes of succulent, green leaves. Short stems carrying waxy, orange flowers are held above the foliage in summer. This succulent may reach 20 cm tall and 40 cm wide. Echeveria pulvinata makes a great pot plant and is often used in rock gardens, or grown where something hardy and a little unusual is wanted.
