Corsican Stonecrop
This variety of Sedum is grown for its colourful foliage and creeping growth habit. It forms a carpet of small and succulent, blue-green and purple foliage. These are held as clusters on stems that creep across the ground to spring up new clusters. Tiny, star shaped, yellow flowers are borne through summer. It typically grows to 5 cm tall and 25 cm wide, performing best when planted in full sun on a well-drained site. It will tolerate light frost only but will survive extended dry periods. Minor is commonly grown in a container, used in rock gardens, included in tropical and pool gardens, or grown along the edge of a path where it migrate outwards.
