Sempervivum arachnoideum, commonly known as Cobweb Houseleek, is a smaller succulent grown for its foliage and interesting ‘fluff’ that resembles cobwebs. It grows as a mat of fleshy rosettes with leaves that are typically green and covered in cobweb-like, white hairs. Each rosette is typically 10 cm tall and 15 cm wide, but it will grow wider over time as more rosettes are produced. Sempervivum arachnoideum is commonly grown in a container or included in rock gardens.
