Acacia verticillata, commonly known as the Prickly Moses Acacia, features dark green leaves and lovely golden flowers in spring. The foliage is held off pendulous branches as it grows to 6 m tall and 5 m wide. It is often found growing naturally in damp areas, gullies, and along creeks but will grow best in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained, sheltered site. Acacia verticillata is commonly grown as specimen, for shelter, or as a backdrop for smaller plants.
