Fraxinus sieboldiana, commonly known as the Flowering Ash tree, is a deciduous tree grown for its form, foliage, and flowers. It has lush green leaves which develop yellow tones in autumn before falling. Through summer it bears clusters of showy, white flowers which are followed by winged seeds. It grows with an open and broad canopy to about 8 m tall and 6 m wide. Fraxinus sieboldiana is commonly used as a specimen, added into a mixed planting in a large garden, or grown as a shade tree.
