Leaves emerge light green in spring, age to become glossy green, then turn burgundy red in autumn before falling. It typically grows to 12 m tall and 6 m wide with an upright and broad habit. Liquidambar 'Rotundiloba' makes for a lovely specimen and is excellent for avenue planting, or planting to enjoy a spectacular autumn show.
