Magnolia soulangeana Lennei Alba, commonly known as Saucer Magnolia, bears masses of large and showy, semi-double, fragrant, ivory white flowers which are borne on the naked stems before the foliage emerges in late winter and early spring. It typically grows to 5 m tall and 4 m wide and responds well to trimming. Magnolia Lennei Alba is commonly grown as a specimen tree, added into mixed plantings, or used in avenue plantings.
