Malus Gorgeous is a variety of Crabapple that bears masses of crimson buds that open into showy, white flowers with a hint of pink in spring. These result in small, red fruit in autumn. The foliage emerges mid-green in spring, darkens during summer, then develops yellow tones in autumn before falling. The branches tend to be horizontal, if not somewhat pendulous in nature which creates a lovely an umbrella shaped tree as it grows to 3 m tall and the same wide.
