Pittosporum dallii Details

Pittosporum dallii, commonly known as Kohuhu, is a small tree grown for its foliage and flowers. New foliage is light green and glossy and ages to become dark green. In spring, clusters of small, fragrant, cream-white flowers are borne. It grows with a broad and spreading habit to about 5 m tall and the same wide, performing best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of cool climates, periods of dry, and frost. Pittosporum dallii is commonly included in a mixed planting in a large garden or used in NZ native plantings.
