Pittosporum tenuifolium ‘Wrinkled Blue’ is one of the more popular Pittosporum varieties due to its attractive form and versatility. This small, NZ native tree grows vigorously, producing small, silver-blue, wavy-edged leaves on thin, black stems. The growth is held tightly as it grows to 4 m tall and 2 m wide. Regular trimming encourages new growth and ensures the plant remains dense. It performs best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site, and is tolerant of wind, coastal conditions, periods of dry, moderate frost, and most soil types, except extreme wet.
