Jims Delight Flowering Cherry

Prunus Jims Delight is a variety of Flowering Cherry that features masses of single, bright pink flowers in spring just before the foliage emerges. New foliage in spring is a distinctive bronze colour, which ages to mid-green, then develops colourful yellow and orange tones in autumn before falling. This deciduous tree grows with a vase shape to about 4 m tall and 3 m wide. Prunus Jims Delight is commonly used in avenue plantings, grown as a specimen, added to a mixed planting, or included in Japanese and cottage gardens.
