Prunus mume Peggy Clarke is a variety of Japanese Apricot and features masses of pretty flowers in spring. The double, pink blooms are borne in clusters through spring, just before the foliage begins to emerge. This deciduous bears green foliage which develops yellow and orange tones in autumn before falling as it grows to 5 m tall and 4 m wide. Prunus Peggy Clarke is commonly used in avenue plantings, grown as a specimen, or included in a mixed planting.
