Robinia Hillieri is a deciduous tree that features fern-like foliage that emerges light green in spring, ages to dark green, then turns varying shades of yellow in autumn before falling. The foliage is complemented with pendulous clusters of light pink flowers in late spring. It grows with an upright and somewhat broad habit to about 7 m tall and 6 m wide. Robinia Hillieri is commonly grown as a specimen, planted to border an entrance, used in avenue plantings, or included in a mixed planting where space affords.
