Tilia Spring Glow Details

Tilia Spring Glow is a smaller tree grown for impressively coloured foliage. The leaves emerge in spring with a striking golden yellow colour, then age to lime green in summer before developing yellow tones in autumn and falling. The branching habit is uniform which gives it a tidy and structured appearance overall. Small, yellow flowers are borne in summer and these are great for attracting bees. This tree typically grows to 5 m tall and 4 m wide, performing best in full sun on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of frost, cool climates, and dry periods. Tilia Spring Glow is commonly grown as a specimen, used for avenue plantings, or included in mixed plantings in larger gardens.
